Dr. Elaine Horn

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Elaine graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2010 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has over 14 years of experience providing outpatient physical therapy services. Her specialties include post-concussion therapy, vestibular therapy, and orthopedic physical therapy.

While she treats patients of all ages, she particularly enjoys working with athletes from preteens to adult, both with orthopedic injuries and after concussions, to help facilitate their return to sport. She is credentialed as a Certified Mulligan Practitioner, an advanced manual therapy certification which encourages mobilization with movement to restore pain free mobility.

Elaine is passionate about helping her patients stay active. She enjoys an active lifestyle, including recreational running, weight lifting with an emphasis on functional strengthening, cycling, hiking, swimming and playing pickleball in the summer, as well as skiing in the winter. If she’s not working out, you will find her enjoying down time or traveling with her husband and children.
